-Many years ago, Elanthria lived in peace. The beings had nothing to fear under
the rule of their gods. They worked the land, and brought forth food and drink
which they offered to their gods. One day, a dark being opened a vortex into
their world. Hordes of demons and evil beings marched in and slaughtered the
innocents of Elanthria. The gods seeing that their children were being killed,
raised 5 warriors to fight them. Zartass, the mighty elven wizard. Galamead,
the half-dragon fighter, who's blade skill was second to none. Furion, the
gnome cleric who's healing was the matched by the gods. Brandar, the faithful
human monk. Terok, the rogue, who could even sneak upon the gods. These 5
demigods brought the wrath of the gods upon the hordes of demons and evil
beings that had flooding Elanthria. They pushed the Dark Lord back through his
vortex, but before he left, he set a small hall, for the Kataans, a group of
people that will be his gate to this world, and forever plunging Elanthria
into Primal Darkness. The demigods taught their ways to the people of
Elanthria, in a hope that they will be able to defend themselves when the Dark
Lord returns.
